Chemical-Only Service $60-90

The Technician tests and balances the water Chemistry. You Remain Responsibility for Skimming, Vacuuming, brushing, empty baskets, and Cleaning filters.

Standard Service $140-160

Includes chemical balancing tier plus basic cleaning like emptying skimmer baskets/pump baskets and brushing walls and skimming the pool.

Premium Service $160-250

A no-hassle option that includes all the above plus vacuuming, equipment checks, and 2 filter cleanings a year for Cartridge systems and D.E. systems

Weekly Pool Service that includes based on service tier:

• Brushing and Netting the Pool

• Skimming Debris

• Emptying Skimmer and Pump Baskets

• Chemical Testing and Precise Dosing

• Backwash (as needed)

• Vacuuming (as needed, additional fee)

Specialized Services:

• Filter Cleanings / Mineral Purifiers

• Repairs and General Maintenance

• Green-to-Clean

• AIRBNB Cleanings

• Monsoon Storm Cleanups

• Pool Drains/Full and Partial

• Acid wash/Chlorine Wash

*Chemicals included:

• Liquid Chlorine and Acid (as needed)

• Up to 2 pounds of shock per month

• Up to 3 pounds of baking soda / soda ash per month
